A step-by-step process of personal development
Mercuri International Learning Path™ offers participants a structured, step-by-step process of personal development. There are two ways to take advantage of the MI-Learning Path methodology:
1. Pre-structured Learning Paths
Aimed at delivering specific results for particular target groups, they guide participants through a structured learning process. These pathways consist of a number of fixed learning modules and are supplemented by e-learning, mentor support, hot topics and case studies.
2. Personal Learning Paths
A more flexible approach, based on a participant's individual requirements. This approach ensures that participants can improve their personal effectiveness in the most efficient way, attending programmes which are directly related to their own specific needs.
How to create a unique Personal Learning Path
By using the free web-based tool Learning Path Selector™ an evaluation is completed quickly and effectively. The next step is a telephone interview involving the candidate and a Mercuri International Business School Advisor in order to ensure that the right Learning Path is chosen and that the right elements are added to the Personal Learning Path.
