Training programmes with focus on individual learning
We believe in training programmes that address personal learning styles. Our programmes are developed using the 4MAT pedagogical model. Developed in the USA, 4MAT has been a benchmark for successful learning for thousands of people over many years.
The model puts the focus on the individual’s ability to acquire usable knowledge, instead of focusing on the content of the programme material in its own right. This structural process combines some of the fundamental principals of personal development with modern research on the functions of the brain and cognition.
The educational format works by enabling participants to easily and effectively access, reference and use knowledge. The model is based on four fundamental learning methodologies, which are based on the ways individuals process, communicate and use information.
By considering each of these four types of learning styles during our training programmes we are able to connect effectively with each one of our participants and maximise their learning and retention.
