Individual Competence Development

A personal approach that concentrates on the competence. Development needs of individual employees.  It offers a wide range of superior, standardised courses to external participants worldwide.

Pre-Analysis - Analysis and preparation before the workshop
We use simple and practical analytical tools to map out the strengths and weaknesses of the participants. This way both the coach and the participants understand the problems and difficulties they will face, as well as their workshop expectations. We also invite involvement of their immediate superior in the development process to ensure optimal development.

Competence Development - Introduction of new knowledge and skills
Due to the Pre-Analysis, we ensure the development programme to be relevant and answer practical questions applicable to the participant's personal situation. We use case studies, games, tool development and role plays, and our facilitation style is highly interactive and participative. Each participant completes an action plan which forms the basis of their "blue-print for change". A copy of the action plan goes to the respective superior for follow-up.

Practice - Practical application on the job
The participants apply their new knowledge and skills in practice and begin to implement their action plan. Follow-up from their superior is encouraged.

Reinforce Implementation - Refinement, reinforcement, follow-up
Continuous follow-up by internal management is essential to guarantee a sustainable improved way of working. We support the management by organizing a monthly, half-day "Management Debriefing Workshop", where we provide know-how in supporting the growth of the participants. We will also follow-up on the completion of the action plan by the participants.
